About the Presenters: 

JD Conway head of talent acquisition at BambooHR and has over a decade of experience as both a third-party recruiter for boutique technical recruiting firms and as an in-house recruiter.

Lauren Bell serves as Checkr's fair chance development manager. She helps lead Checkr’s diversity and mission initiatives with a focus on strengthening and expanding fair chance employment opportunities in the tech sector.

Rehana Lerandeau is Checkr's senior fair chance manager at Checkr. She is a dedicated fighter for vulnerable talent with a track record of successful programming and thought leadership. 

Courtney Renick-Mayer is DoorDash's senior manager of diversity and inclusion. In this role, she builds and implements intentional diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and programs that allow employees, specifically people of color and women of all backgrounds, to bring their best selves to work.

Gary L. Davis is a DE&I advisory director at Greenhouse and passionate about integrating DE&I across the employee lifecycle to maximize engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Brad Schneider is vice president of assessment science at Criteria Corp; his work strives to create fair and objective assessments that reduce bias in the hiring process and help organizations build stronger teams.
