In this program Deborah Waddill, author of the SHRM book Digital HR: A Guide to Technology Enabled Human Resources will discuss what an HR technology strategy is and why you should care. She will discuss elements of a HR digital strategy and how it differs from the organizational strategy. You will also learn how your digital strategy fits in with your talent acquisition initiatives. This highly practical session will be based on important trends, strategic planning, best-of-breed HR technology solutions and cases studies.
