The stakes of workplace culture lapses are high. Consider, for example, that the average company loses $22,500 in productivity per individual affected by harassment alone.

Key issues such as harassment and discrimination demand a comprehensive prevention and compliance training strategy. Many well-intended workplace training approaches do not adequately address each of the critical areas needed to truly impact workplace culture.

In this program, Elizabeth Bille and Rob Buelow from EVERFI will highlight key considerations for decision-makers to use when evaluating training strategies and investments. They will also cover:

  • The five components of a comprehensive prevention and compliance training strategy
  • New benchmark data on training priorities across industries
  • The questions you must ask to maximize your investment in workplace culture training
