Her favorite aspect of her role is coaching her team members to proactively consult with clients in ongoing strategic partnerships. She has over 25 years of experience in education, training and business consultation, both in the higher education realm and in all verticals of the business sector. A fervent writer and experienced public speaker, Mullen is most passionate about demonstrating the importance of life-long learning and helping clients to create and grow learning cultures in their businesses.

Katie Miller is a Marketing Specialist with BizLibrary. She helps facilitate and create educational and engaging webinars geared towards HR and learning and development professionals.
