Learn about our speaker About the Presenters: JD Conway is the head of talent acquisition at BambooHR. Conway has more than a decade of experience as both a third-party recruiter for boutique technical recruiting firms and as an in-house recruiter. He's managed talent acquisition teams in high-growth SaaS companies and served Fortune 500 clients for the world’s largest recruiting corporation. From organizational health to recruitment marketing and employer branding, Conway has used his expertise to change the way companies structure and view the functions of talent acquisition.

Elaine Yang is the people programs manager at Lever. Yang brings diverse industry and operational expertise to her role managing people programs at Lever. Prior to Lever, Yang worked as an HR service partner to various departments at UCSD Health where she sailed through the HR waters of academia, union contracts and midwives. After just two years at Lever, Yang has already on-boarded 160 employees and enabled people operations at the company to grow 2.5 times annually. She also leads their Ramp Camp, enabling each employee for success.
