Learn about our speaker About the Presenters: Jim Rhodes is vice president of human resources information systems (HRIS) at Emerson. In this position, which he has held since 2014, he drives the company's global HRIS and payroll implementation strategy. He started his career working as a retirement plan specialist for a regional bank trust company, representing small and medium employers. He started at Emerson in 1993, serving in the corporate pension department supporting the defined penefit pension administration. He began working in HR in 1996 with multiple Emerson global business units. In 2012 Rhodes became corporate vice president of employee relations.

Fabio Fukuda is vice president of human capital management (HCM) transformation at Oracle. An HCM and people analytics strategist, Fukuda helps Oracle clients think through their priorities as part of the decision making processes before, during, and after implementation. He spent the last 15 years working with C-suite leaders as a trusted advisor to strategically align people processes and technology, leverage analytics to drive real-time talent insights, enhance employee experience using design-thinking techniques, and build functional organizational capabilities across global HR organizations. Prior to joining Oracle, Fukudao held several HR leadership roles in both manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries and led large-scale HCM transformation projects globally. He is a keynote speaker and thought leader with a passion for digital HR transformation that drives value and growth.
