Learn about our speaker About the Presenters: Benjamin Granger, Ph.D., is a senior principal of global employee experience strategy at Qualtrics. He has more than a decade of experience building, running and optimizing employee measurement and management programs across numerous Fortune 500 organizations. Throughout his career, he has worked closely across the employee experience and customer experience spaces to build increased value and innovation through their integration. Granger also worked for five years in selection strategy for Verizon.

Marina Pearce, Ph.D., is the manager of talent analytics at Ford Motor Company. She leads a team using people data to solve enterprise problems. She has worked on a variety of core projects including talent forecasting, active and passive employee sentiment data mining, inclusion studies, culture measurement, and ad-hoc advanced analytics. Prior to joining Ford, she was a manager of selection and assessment at Liberty Mutual Insurance and held a prior role ont Ford Motor Company's assessment team.
