He has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition acting as both a third-party recruiter for boutique technical recruiting firms and as an in-house technical recruiter. Conway's work includes managing talent acquisition teams in high-growth SaaS companies and servicing Fortune 500 clients for the world’s largest recruiting corporation. He believes in empowering executives and HR leaders to focus on the human nature of human capital and in teaching through experience how a people-first approach can dramatically impact their bottom line. 

Morgan Lyman is a talent acquisition partner at BambooHR. He partners with a many departments in their hiring efforts. He finds great job satisfaction in creating and implementing processes that promote a positive candidate experience and efficiency in the hiring process. 

Josh Tolan is founder and CEO of Spark Hire, a leading video interviewing platform with more than 4,000 customers in over 100 countries. Since Spark Hire's launch, Tolan has become an influential member of the HR and recruiting community. He shares his knowledge and thought leadership on recruiting as a contributor on a wide range of outlets including Mashable, FastCompany, The Huffington Post,, TechCrunch and more.

Jamie Hichens is a senior manager of talent acquisition at Glassdoor where she has spent the past two-and-a-half years focused on executive, marketing, business operations and G&A hiring. She is also involved in training development, employer branding and new implementations. She has spent the past 11 years recruiting in the Bay Area in various in-house, agency and independent roles, including managing and scaling teams in rapid growth environments.

Recertification Credit
