  • Why 81 percent of workers face obstacles in accessing behavioral health services
  • The importance of mental health benefits to job seekers
  • How attitudes toward behavioral health services are changing

Learn about our speaker About the Presenters: Dana Udall, Ph.D., is the national medical director at Ginger. For the last two decades as a clinical psychologist, Udall has worked in a wide range of behavioral health settings, including residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, university counseling centers and private practice. Currently, as national medical director at Ginger, Udall leads the clinical team to provide continuous, collaborative care through 24/7 emotional health coaching and on-demand teletherapy and telepsychiatry. She has seen firsthand how providing convenient, affordable and continuous solutions can break down barriers to care that modern consumers face -- solutions that the current system isn’t set up to provide.

Nicola Kamath is the head of product marketing at Ginger. Kamath is passionate about increasing access to health services. Throughout her tenure at health care companies such as Quartet, Castlight Health, Phreesia and Simplee, Kamath has been an advocate of patient-centric design and systems to drive this change.
