Statistics show only 12 percent of adults are proficient in understanding their health care and just 4 percent can define basic health care terms. Clearly there is a need to educate employees. New technologies and the expansion of artificial intelligence can assist in identifying and targeting employees who need to raise their health care IQ for better benefits decision-making.

Helping your employees understand the basics of medical plans, pharmacy benefits and HSAs and FSAs is critical. The challenge is discovering new and effective ways to engage employees in the conversation throughout the year.

In this program, Scott Van Horn of Tango Health will explore:

  • What topics employers are focusing on in 2019
  • How artificial intelligence is changing the way you target employee communications
  • Success stories from employers who have raised their employees' health care IQ.
