Learn about our speaker About the Presenter: Deborah Waddill, Ed.D., is an HR leadership and technology expert with extensive consulting and business experience with government, academic, nonprofit and for-profit clients. As owner and president of Restek Consulting, Waddill guides organizations through strategy formation to address HR challenges while maintaining an emphasis on learning. She is also an adjunct associate professor in the Clinical Research Leadership Program at The George Washington University, where she won the Alpha Eta award for instructional excellence. Waddill is author of the book Digital HR: A Guide to Technology-Enabled Human Resources (SHRM, 2018), which demonstrates how to design a customized HR technology strategy using best practices to harness current disruptive trends and maximize leading-edge HR technologies.

Recertification Credit
