Health care tech has exploded, offering employers and employees hundreds of apps and new ways to manage healthcare. These "digital disruptors" can be powerful tools to help you attract and retain top talent. But which ones are producing a better employee experience and cost savings? What are the right ones to offer for your organization, and how?

In addition to this market complexity, with the economy booming, there’s a war for talent – which means benefits programs need to support attraction and retention goals like never before. How can emerging and midsize businesses leverage healthcare technology to attract top talent and satisfy the needs of a multigenerational workforce -- all while maintaining sustainable cost and preparing for the health care consumer of the future?

Employers have always been and will continue to be at the center of health care innovation. In this program, Todd Renner and Simon Bourmand from Mercer will explore the latest disruptive technologies and how you can compete for talent with the giants, all while establishing a sustainable benefits program. They will provide insight into topics including:

  • How to categorize the myriad of digital disrupters
  • How disciplined innovation can impact your health benefit plans
  • The needs of the future health care consumer
  • How health care technology is leveling the playing field when it comes to attracting top talent
