Learn about our speaker About the Presenters: Jenna Filipkowski, Ph.D., is the head of research at Human Capital Institute (HCI) and she lives to make work better for everyone. With her research, Filipkowski is responsible for providing rigorous, insightful analysis and actionable reporting that helps business and human resources decision-makers drive results. During the past six years at HCI, she has authored more than 45 research papers on a variety of talent management topics such as coaching, leadership development, talent acquisition and employee engagement. She has presented her work at numerous professional conferences, in magazines and in academic publications.  

Stacey Kervin is a market development manager at Kronos where she specializes in human capital management solutions. Kervin has spent her career focused on the people side of business. She is passionate about ensuring employees enjoy the best employment experience possible so they may reach their full potential. Kervin particularly enjoys the discussing the importance of leadership development, career management, HR technology, performance management and workforce planning.
