Communicating Pay to Employees

Presenters: Paige Hanley and Mykkah Herner, Payscale

Original Program Date: June 2019 (available for on-demand viewing through September 2019)

Program length: 60 minutes

A recent PayScale study revealed that employees’ perceptions of how they are paid are a better predictor of their intent to stay than their actual fair pay to the market. These implications create a huge opportunity for employers to get it right when it comes to communicating pay effectively.

In this webcast, compensation experts Paige Hanley and Mykkah Herner will explore:
  • Why talking about pay with employees so important
  • How can to train managers to have useful compensation conversations
  • Typical situations you may encounter when it’s time to talk pay
