About the Presenters:
Chetan Jain
is the principal/partner in charge of Deloitte’s Oracle HR Transformation Practice. He is responsible for the strategy, operations, talent recruitment/development, and delivery of Oracle (Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, E-Business Suite, and PeopleSoft) human capital consulting services. Jain has two decades of experience helping global, large scale Fortune 500 organizations with their HR transformations. He is a thought leader in the Oracle HCM community with over 20 speaking engagements at global conferences and is highly regarded for addressing clients’ critical business challenges.

Cara Capretta is vice president of the HCM transformation practice at Oracle. She has over 25 years of HR experience. A recognized speaker and thought leader in talent management, Capretta is regularly featured at conferences, including Argyle, Evanta, HR Tech and Oracle OpenWorld. She leads a team of former HR executives who evangelize HR transformation and share best practices with Oracle clients in North America. Capretta is the former President and COO of Lominger International, a Korn/Ferry Company, where she co-authored several books and products including FYI™ for Teams, FYI™ for Talent and The Interview Architect®.  

Kellie Romack is vice president of digital HR and strategic planning at Hilton. She oversees Hilton’s HCM digital transformation, collaborating with HR leaders and teams to define the vision and roadmap for a unified HR project portfolio approach. In her leadership role, Romack directs efforts to streamline HR systems, innovate with digital/social, and implement mobile HR admin tools. Previously, she worked under the CIO to develop Hilton’s Enterprise IT PMO, implementing governance and project portfolio management and leading high-performing teams in all areas of web and mobile delivery.
