Do you really get a complete picture of your people by just knowing their health risks? Of course not. You work relentlessly to build a culture that supports and lifts employees to reach their best and flourish, and now there’s a way to measure if it’s working. Learn the newest approach in well-being measurement with the validated flourishing measures from SHINE at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Eileen McNeely of the Environmental Health Department at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Renee Petrie from ADURO will discuss:

  • The six domains of Human Flourishing and how to apply them to your corporate strategy.
  • Real-world case studies showing how organizations are shifting toward flourishing measures.
  • How to hardwire well-being goals to workplace goals
  • How to create frequent (pulse) feedback loops for rapid insights
