For today’s employees, stress does not stop at the office door. As work and life continues to blend, employees’ lives outside of work -- and the stress they experience -- have more of an impact on their work life than ever before.

Employers have a vested interest in improving the financial health of their employees. Employees who are financially unprepared to deal with both short- and long-term needs, as well as the unexpected, are more likely to be stressed. That stress has a direct impact on productivity and engagement in the workplace. In this program, MetLife subject matter expert Loi Stoddard will provide concrete and actionable guidance that enables employers to put in place best-in-class financial wellness programs, utilize best practices to empower employees to feel financially secure and in turn  become more productive, loyal and engaged at their workplace.
