Many employers have launched the process of reopening their workplaces. In doing so, they are encountering unique questions about new forms of ADA accommodations, family obligations, wellness benefits, EEO-1 pay data, workplace bias and more. In this program, SHRM CEO and president Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., will lead a wide-ranging discussion with EEOC Chair Janet Dhillon. They will discuss EEOC guidance on challenges employers are facing as they deal with the impact of the pandemic and bringing employees back to their physical workplaces.

After the conversation with Chair Dhillon, Alexander Alonso, SHRM's chief knowledge officer, and Amber Clayton, director of the SHRM Knowledge Center, will provide answers to questions the SHRM Knowledge Center is fielding from HR professionals as their organizations continue to deal with COVID-19.
