In this role, he helps ensure BambooHR customers maximize value through automation and studies the impact of HR activities on strategic HR outcomes. Before BambooHR, Dean worked for five years in product marketing for software companies.

Mykkah Herner, CCP, is head of professional services at PayScale and has more than ten years of HR experience. His team has helped numerous organizations  including GoDaddy, Overstock.com, Goodwill Industries and Perry Ellis  develop compensation philosophies and implement strategies. Herner specializes in linking performance with compensation, change management, process improvement, and developing HR policies and procedures.
