Preparing for and executing a crisis drill of any magnitude is a daunting task. Internal and external stakeholders need to be briefed and to give their undivided attention to the task at hand. A concrete plan needs to be put in place, and the senior leadership team needs to be in full support to be successful. As an HR professional, you may not have the means necessary to successfully roll out a drill program, which makes executive sponsorship that much more important.

They will relay best practices that HR professionals should follow to gain buy-in from necessary stakeholders; especially at the executive level.

You will learn:
  • How to gain executive buy-in to run a a successful drill
  • How to build and execute a successful drill
  • The types of drills you can run and their uses
  • How to create injects, and what injects to use, to make your drill more realistic
Hear how to level-up your drill program and gain executive participation during all drills, from tabletop to full scale.
