Learn about our speaker About the Presenter: Terry Barton is the director of systemwide staff development programs in the University of California's (UC) Office of the President. In this role, she collaborates with each UC location to leverage staff and management development programs that stretch across all UC locations, supporting the University’s integrated talent management model. Barton has more than 20 years of management and organizational development experience. Prior to joining the University of California system, she held leadership positions in the retail, container shipping and biotech industries. She is a contributing author to the book Savvy Leadership Strategies for Women.
