The practice of human resource management generates a lot of numbers. This includes collecting information from employees from the time they first speak with a recruiter and begin working (entrance survey), to their first few months on the job (onboarding), through their years working at the company (engagement survey) to when they leave (exit survey). The challenge for the forward-looking HR professional is understanding which numbers are the most useful when it comes to strategic planning. In this program, Scott Mondore of Strategic Management Decisions will review how HR professionals can discover and quantify people-drivers of business outcomes. And, he'll discuss how the HR function can move to the next phase of organizational evolution -- specifically, gaining, visualizing and communicating insight on how to determine the impact of employees on business outcomes as the foundation of HR strategy.
