In results of a recent study by Workplace Trends, 83 percent of HR professionals said that the employee experience is either important or very important to their organization’s success. To enhance the experience, organizations have increased their investment in training by 56 percent, and employee recognition efforts have grown by 47 percent.

This underscores how important employee experience and engagement are to businesses -- particularly when it comes to retaining key employees and boosting the the bottom line.

In this program, Tiffany Gamblin, Chelsea Jensen and Braeden Fair will break down the essentials. If you want an environment in which employees are engaged and love coming to work, you have to show that you can serve and appreciate your employees first, and that continues throughout their entire working experience.
