Learn about our speaker About the Presenters: Zack Johnson is the general manager of OEM and mid-markets at Visier. In this role, Johnson is focused on building strategic partnerships with organizations that believe analytics unlock critical, untapped value for their customers. He manages Visier’s OEM analytics business, partnering with other software providers to bring world-class analytics to their customers. Prior to Visier, Johnson was the co-founder and CEO of Syndio, a people analytics platform that helps business leaders make informed people management decisions around retention, engagement, and driving a more connected organization.

Michelle Mikesell is the managing director of HR operations & traditional employment solutions at Insperity. Mikesell applies her extensive experience to helping growth organizations understand their culture gaps and align their people and business strategies. She specializes in executive team benchmarking and leadership development and has led cultural and organizational change across industries that include banking, health care, education, technology and manufacturing. She has more than 20 years of experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors designing and leading assessment programs and alignment diagnostics.
