The City of Miramar, Fla., made bold moves with its employee benefits. It added a brand new HDHP with an HSA to help staff members save money and have more control over their health care coverage. Learn about our speaker About the Presenters: Na’Imah Martin, SHRM-CP, is the HR benefits manager for the City of Miramar, Fla. She has more than 10 years of experience partnering with and coordinating benefit teams to ensure optimal internal customer service delivery. Prior to joining the City of Miramar's benefits team, she was an implementation consultant for ADP, and prior to that she was a manager in the company's benefits division. She also has held benefits roles at Duty Free Americas and Atkins.

Bob Armour is the chief marketing officer for ALEX at Jellyvision. A marketing vet with more than 25 years of experience creating campaigns for a wide variety of companies, he knows right-place, right-time messaging like the back of his hand. Since joining Jellyvision, Armour has immersed himself in the challenge of helping HR professionals communicate benefits to their employees in a uniquely personalized and effective way that makes them look like a hero – to their employees and their bosses.
