How do you develop workplace harassment prevention training for a diverse employee population that is spread across geographies with different requirements for harassment prevention? In this program, Tracy Harris shares how she developed a plan to provide anti-harassment training, built the business case to secure funding, and determined how to best measure the program’s impact. Janiece Attal, Skillsoft Legal Compliance Product Manager, will join the conversation to provide insight on workplace harassment prevention training requirements and best practices.
