Teams achieve more — and they do so faster — when they work together.

Sometimes, however, bringing two or more teams together often requires planning and coaching.

By being more intentional about the ways you build cross-functional collaboration, you can begin to achieve better business outcomes. The process begins by developing a clearer understanding of your organization, building trust and psychological safety amongst collaborators and learning to navigate the challenges inherent in cross-team work.

In this event, a panel of talent development and HR technology experts will share must-know strategies to:

  • Prepare your teams to work cross-functionally
  • Establish structural and relational context around teams
  • Conduct Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) to visualize where connections are weak or missing
  • Address existing cross-team conflict and mend relationships
  • Set goals and focus teams on effectively completing their objectives
