About the Presenters: 


Dana Udall, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and Ginger's Chief Clinical Officer, overseeing coaching, therapy and psychiatry to ensure clinical excellence in a multidisciplinary, collaborative model. She has spent the last two decades helping individuals make positive and enduring changes in their lives. Prior to Ginger, Udall worked in a wide range of mental health treatment settings, including residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, university counseling centers and private practice. At the cornerstone of her work is the strongly held belief in the power of relationships to help people heal and grow.

Leslie Witt is the Chief Design Officer at Headspace, a global leader in mindfulness and meditation with more than 70 million downloads across 190 countries. Her central passion is creating product offerings that are market-ready, relevant, sustainable and above all, good for the world. Witt’s design, research, brand and social impact teams play a critical role in evolving the Headspace offering - understanding diverse human needs and exploring the potential of new technologies in order to conceive and deliver best-in-class, highly effective and delightful member experiences. Prior to Headspace, she focused on improving financial outcomes for people and small businesses — most recently, at Intuit, and previously, working hand-in-hand with a wide array of partners including financial institutions, fintech giants, payment providers, retailers, non-profits, foundations and the public sector. Witt counts Visa, Wells Fargo, MetLife, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the World Bank amongst her portfolio of clients. Beyond her forays into financial well-being, which she formalized as a new business unit while an Associate Partner at innovation firm IDEO, Witt has worked hand-in-hand with global organizations such as Amazon, Nike and Walmart to bring to life retail, hospitality and health and wellness services.
