About the Presenters:
Kelli Jordan is Director for IBM Career, Skills, and Performance. She is responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise talent lifecycle programs at IBM. Jordan is focused on creating a culture of growth and feedback, supporting IBMers with signature career experiences and new digital platforms that help to realize IBM's value proposition. She also leads IBM's approach to skills-based hiring, and oversees IBM's New Collar initiatives, which includes their industry-leading technology apprenticeship program. Jordan joined IBM in 2002 and has had numerous roles focused on talent development. Prior to her current role, she was focused on designing signature experiences for early professional hires. She also managed various talent programs for IBM's North America consulting team, with a significant focus on diversity, organic growth and employee engagement.
Ramses Abdul Ghani leads the Talent Performance Development organization at IBM. Originally from Brazil, he is now based in New York and has more than 13 years of experience on a variety of HR functions. His core mission is to enable a culture of continuous performance development in the organization.
Rosette Cataldo is vice president of performance and talent strategy at Workhuman. A 25-year HR technology veteran, at Workhuman Cataldo works closely with customers and prospects to drive the adoption of performance development solutions that foster a growth mindset and build positive work cultures. Before joining the Workhuman team,
she served as Senior Vice President at Yoi, a Keith Ferrazzi Company; and at The Marcus Buckingham Company. Cataldo is an expert in the evolving landscape of continuous performance management redesign. She has worked with organizations including Dun and Bradstreet, NCR, Verizon and Patagonia to help them transition to a culture where continuous feedback leads to measurable business outcomes like increased engagement and higher productivity.
