According to Gallup, only 2 percent of HR leaders say their current performance management practice delivers exceptional value. To carve a better path forward, innovative companies like IBM are establishing a new bar of excellence with a more modern approach to performance management, or as the company refers to it, performance development.

IBM’s journey began nearly five years ago with an initiative to overhaul their performance strategy to better serve their employees. The goal? Match its approach to the way work gets done – in fast-moving, collaborative teams with agile goals.

In this program, experts from IBM and Workhuman discuss the strategy, process and system design that IBM deployed to create a culture of innovation, growth and inclusion rooted in feedback.

In this discussion, you will:

  • Discover how IBM revamped their entire performance process from planning to executional success.
  • Explore how performance development, skills, and career are interconnected to grow your business and employees simultaneously.
  • Find out how to establish a connected culture of meaningful peer-to-peer feedback and recognition.
