About the Presenters: 

Roselle Rogers is Circa’s Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and an accomplished HR executive with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She joined Circa in 2006, proving instrumental in the organization’s growth from its beginnings as a provider of local job boards to the launch of Circa’s OFCCP compliance and diversity products. Rogers leads Circa’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and thought leadership, as well as the company’s OFCCP compliance and community partner relations.

Vicoria Lipnic is a Partner at Resolutions Economics, LLC. She served as EEOC Commissioner from 2010 to 2020 and Acting Chair from 2017 to 2019. During her tenure at the EEOC, she organized the agency’s first public meeting on Big Data in Employment, created its Chief Data Officer position, oversaw development of the Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics and published a significant report on age discrimination. Likewise, Lipnic co-chaired the EEOC’s Select Task Force on the Study of Harassment in the Workplace and co-authored its seminal 2016 report, which preceded #MeToo’s entrance into the societal lexicon. Prior to her EEOC tenure, Lipnic served as U.S. Assistant Secretary of Labor for Employment Standards from 2002 to 2009. 

Craig Leen is a Partner at K&L Gates in Washington, DC within the firm’s Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety Practice Group. He previously served as the Department of Labor’s Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). During his tenure as OFCCP Director, Leen led the agency responsible for administering and enforcing the equal employment opportunity regulations to ensure that those who conduct business with the federal government (federal contractors and subcontractors) comply with their affirmative action and non-discrimination obligations. Leen is also an outspoken advocate for individuals with disabilities, autism at work and neurodiversity in the workplace.
