Paul L. Belliveau, SHRM-SCP
Senior Manager, Change Management Practicioner, Cognizant Technology Solutions

Paul Belliveau has an extensive blend of practitioner-based Human Capital/Human Resources Management, experience in enabling technologies, service delivery solutions, and management consulting. His HR/HCM domain experience includes generalist and specialized HR discipline focus, office automation and HR information systems, especially Organizational Change Management, HCM-in-the-Cloud, global business requirements, and talent management.

Paul is a Senior Manager/Change Management Practitioner with Cognizant, leading large-scale change initiatives - driving people, process, and technology transformation; and integrating organizational behavior techniques to drive user adoption and acceptance of technology-based change initiatives.  

Formerly, he was Managing Director with AVANCÉ - Human Capital Management Advisors, providing advisory services in a variety of HR, Human Capital Management, Change Management and HR technologies and projects.  Concurrently, he was a Founding Member/Academic Chair and Human Capital Management Advisor with HRPMO, and an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University's Organizational Leadership Graduate Program.  Previously, Paul was a Senior Principal with Infosys Limited; and held key HR/HCM positions with Kronos, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Raytheon. 

He is currently Co-Lead of SHRM's Technology expertise panel, served as member of SHRM's Global and Human Capital Measurement/HR Metrics Panels, and was on SHRM's HR Standards taskforce. Paul also served on the advisory committees for SERESC (STEM Across NH), and is the HR State Council of New Hampshire - College Relations Committee Lead, and was on the Board of the Manchester Area Human Resources Assn. 

Belliveau holds a B.S. in Business Management from Boston University and M.B.A. from Rivier University.

Lindsay Evans
Director of Talent, Chatham Financial 

Lindsay is an HR practitioner passionate about impacting the human capital of organizations through people programs and technology solutions. Currently, she is Director of Talent for a global advisory and technology firm, Chatham Financial, headquartered near Philadelphia, PA with five additional offices globally. In her 12 years of experience as an HR practitioner, she has focused on people strategy, helping Chatham find, develop and keep the talent that drives the business.

As part of driving people strategies, Lindsay has served as technology champion for the HR function, implementing several platforms over the last 4 years. She has overseen the full project life-cycle of multiple platforms spanning research, selection, implementation, training/education, change management, and administration.

Lindsay is an active member of the larger HR community and loves learning from peers across industries. In addition to her participation on the SHRM special expertise panel, she currently serves as a local area network leader for Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy (PSPS). She also is a part of the DisruptHR movement, and was a speaker at Philadelphia 3.0 in May 2017 on the topic of “Change Averse Change Agents”.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. During undergrad, she competed as a Division I athlete on the Women’s Rowing Team, earning Team Captain and MVP awards over her four-year collegiate athlete career. Lindsay received her Masters of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College in New York City.

Anna Langford, SHRM-SCP
Director, Compensation and Benefits-Human Resources, PharMerica

Anna has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience with leadership roles including Total Rewards, Talent Management, Organizational Design and HRIS.

Anna has been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and WorldatWork, and has been focused on driving innovation while positively impacting global talent development and business growth. Anna was invited to serve on the 2018-19 Special Expertise Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Panel.

Anna possesses such certifications as SHRM-SCP, CCP, and Project Management Professional (PMP). She is the author of articles "The 'DMAIC' a Great Tool for Global HR Managers" and "Checklist for Your Next Staff Meeting" published in the Kentucky State HR Magazine. 
Anna has presented at various HR and Business forums, served on the Board-level Greater Louisville International Professionals (GLIP) Committee, and the Talent Attraction/ Retention Chamber of Commerce Executive task force. In addition, Anna was featured in the November 2013 WorldatWork magazine under Profiles in Career Excellence. Anna earned her Bachelor degree with Honors in Business Administration from the University of Louisville and her Master of Science in Information Management from Aspen University.

Jon Lester
Digital HR Strategy Lead, IBM

Jon is the Digital HR Strategy Lead for IBM with responsibility for defining how IBM utilize technology to increase employee engagement through creating delightful experiences. Jon is an expert in HR cloud, Automation, and AI offerings and is also developing Workforce IoT and Blockchain use cases for the IBM HR infrastructure e.g. Digital Identity. He is currently looking at what impact developments in Digital technology will have on the HR organization of the future and on the wider workforce 

Jon has over 20 years working in HR technology, 11 of which as a consultant in IBM where he was the co-creator of IBM’s ‘Phase 0’ offerings, around transitioning organizations to the cloud. Jon has worked with a number of global organizations including Nestle, BP, Shell, & Rolls Royce in either a strategic capacity or to deliver cloud/on-premise transformations including SuccessFactors, Workday, Kenexa, SAP HR and Peoplesoft. 

Jon received his Mathematics and Economics degree from Liverpool University and has a CIPP Payroll Management Diploma. He is Workday certified and an IBM digital badge holder for ‘Disruptive HR in a cognitive era’ and also ‘Cognitive practitioner’ amongst others. Jon is a regular speaker at conferences and internal/external events. 

Gene Raymondi
CEO/Founder, eni

Gene Raymondi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of eni. He is a national expert in the field of benefit engagement and integrated benefits, with over three decades of experience in the Human Resources field. Gene is an innovative leader and active pioneer in benefit engagement solutions and HR technology. By designing dynamic integrated benefit solutions and developing complimentary technological applications, he maximizes employee engagement, wellbeing, and productivity within organizations across the nation.

Gene has authored numerous articles and presented on integrated benefit solutions at conferences, associations, and webcasts including SHRM, HR Tech Outlook, Employee Benefit News, Employee Benefit Advisor, BenefitsPRO,, The Human Capital Institute, World Congress, HR Management, and the World at Work Total Rewards Conference. Gene has also authored his first book, Beyond Benefits, which details the concept of benefit integration. Gene’s vision is to revolutionize how benefits are packaged, delivered and connected to employees in a way that maximizes return on employer investment.

Annette Scott
Payroll Manager, The Christman Company

As Payroll Manager for Christman, one of the country’s largest construction management firms, Annette lends her expertise to the complex process of payroll and benefits management where multiple project chargeability, a fast-paced mobile workforce and other factors create unique challenges. Annette joined the company in August 2015, and provides strong workforce administration leadership to a national accounting team. 

Prior to joining Christman, she held roles of increasing responsibility in HR management and administration in the insurance, manufacturing and technology sectors. Her accomplishments include leadership of major payroll automation initiatives, oversight of payroll for up to 17,000 employees, redefining and automating processes for claims management including development of service-focused “employee as customer” practices, implementation of corporate records retention and paperless records programs, and enrichment of benefits programs while maintaining employer cost. 

Annette received her BS and MBA degrees, both in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and both with high honors, from Wright State University. Among her SHRM awards are the Leonard R. Brice Outstanding Student Award and Ted Henry Research Award. Annette previously was a member of the Student Outreach Committee and Technology & HR Management Special Expertise Panel.  

Jonathan Tanz
Director, HR Transformation, KPMG LLP

Jonathan is a seasoned business executive with over 25 years of business and consulting experience achieving business and HR transformations. His areas of focus are leading large-scale change management initiatives resulting in organizational and human capital transformation, HR service delivery design and implementation including shared services, outsourcing, and business process redesign. Prior to consulting, Jonathan worked in operations in the public utility/power industry.

Tanz has led both Global, Multi-national and US/North America efforts including HR strategy development and implementation, business case, process and organizational design for HR. His multi-functional background in HR, Finance and IT has contributed to successful projects across a number of industries including Consumer and Industrial, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Financial Services, including significant project and program leadership roles, and membership in the Project Management Institute. Areas of expertise include the design of Human Capital operating models, process design, business case/financial modeling, call/service centers, technology implementations, Workday Certification and program management/integration.

Anna Turner, SHRM-CP
Product & Strategy Owner, Ultimate Software

As a product leader at Ultimate Software, Anna is responsible for leading the strategy and delivery of new technology to the HR market. She has more than a decade of product management experience in high-growth software companies and a passion for HR technology. She is currently serving her 4th year on the SHRM expertise panel.

Previously, Anna held key positions in HCM product management at PeopleMatter/Snag (applicant tracking, onboarding, and workforce management) and Benefitfocus (benefits enrollment and employee communications). Earlier in her career, Anna held various positions in Human Resources, including developing a nationally ranked college recruiting program. 

Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Clemson University and a Masters in Business Administration from The Citadel. She is GBA and SHRM-CP certified.
