2015 SHRM Gap Analysis Report
This report identifies gaps in mature worker best practices, based on a comparison between the recommended practices in the SHRM Foundation’s 2014 Effective Practice Guidelines (EPG) on the Aging Workforce and findings from the 2014 SHRM Aging Workforce Survey.

2014 SHRM Foundation EPG: The A​ging Workforce-- Leveraging the Talents of Mature Employees
This report contains recommended mature worker best practices from HR experts. It is part of the Foundation’s Effective Practice Guidelines series and a project of the SHRM-SHRM Foundation Aging Workforce Initiative.

2014 SHRM Aging Workforce Survey
This survey is one of the projects under the SHRM-SHRM Foundation Aging Workforce Initiative. It was commissioned by and conducted in collaboration with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation between May 1 and July 3, 2014. The findings reflect the responses of 1,913 randomly selected SHRM members.

2015 AARP Report: A Business Case for Workers Age 50+
The findings of this report reveal that the business case for workers age 50+ has strengthened since the original 2005 report and confirms that 50+ workers are a critical component of a high-performance business.
