District of Columbia TWWFA Training Deadline (8/31/23)




One essential component of the District of Columbia's Tipped Wage Workers Fairness Amendment Act requires covered employers to provide anti–sexual harassment training to their employees, managers, owners, and operators. The deadline for all currently employed covered individuals to complete the training for 2023 is August 31.
