Sherri Enright is founder and principal consultant of HHS Consulting LLC in Sanibel, Fla. HHS specializes in working with business owners/executives to design, develop, implement and execute HR strategies, programs and processes that will contribute to organizational success.
Prior to founding HHS Consulting, Enright was executive vice president and CHRO at Domino’s Pizza in Ann Arbor, Mich., where she was a member of the global leadership team, working closely with the CEO and board of directors in developing the corporate strategic direction of the company, particularly from the perspective of impact on people.
Enright has held senior HR positions in the insurance industry working as head of human resources and facilities for BlueCross BlueShield of Kansas in Topeka in 2013, and senior vice president and CHRO for Blue Kansas City in Kansas City from August 2000 to August 2012.
She has a bachelor’s degree from University of Kansas, an MBA from Avila University and a juris doctorate from University of Iowa, College of Law.
