My-Chau Nguyen, CPA
Nguyen is currently Senior Vice President, Direct Sales & Marketing for Sirius XM Radio. In this role, she leads the direct to consumer sales and marketing strategy for the organization,
responsible for customer acquisition, cross-sell and up-sell. She also leads the e-commerce strategy for Sirius XM Radio.
Immediately following the merger between Sirius and XM, she led a team
to quickly leverage customer relationship management best practices from
both companies in order to deliver improved conversion and retention.
Prior to Sirius XM Radio, Nguyen spent several years with Sprint
Nextel, where she served as Vice President of Marketing Excellence.
Within that role, she was Integration Officer and Chief of Staff to the Chief
Marketing Officer, and she led the team to roll out the “Adopt and Go”
marketing processes following the $35 billion merger of Sprint
Earlier in her career, Nguyen held senior leadership roles with Nextel,
Earthlink, AOL, Cable & Wireless USA, and Sprint. She serves on the Board
of Directors for Northern Virginia Family Service. She is also a founding member of the “Global Account
Benchmarking Forum” with colleagues from IBM, Xerox, Reuters, Dun & Bradstreet.
Nguyen earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from
The American University in Washington, D.C. and a Certificate of Business
Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
