Scott R. Washburn, SHRM-SCP, has been a SHRM member since 1994 and has more than 18 years of human resources and business leadership experience in manufacturing, business process outsourcing, health care, and service industries. Scott is the Vice President Human Resources for Tree Top, Inc., and serves as a member of Tree Top’s executive committee. He has overall human resource responsibility for 1,100 employees in multiple locations on the west coast with $380 + million in annual sales and is based in Selah, WA.
In addition to Scott’s professional experience, he has been an avid SHRM volunteer with 16 years of progressive leadership experience at the student, local, state, and regional levels and most recently was the 2011-2012 Membership Advisory Council (MAC) member representing the Pacific West Region to the SHRM Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Washington University.
