Yost has expertise in employee relations, performance management, benefits, HR policy development, recruiting and more. He has over 20 years HR experience in a variety of industries, including for-profit education, call center, retail and professional services as a senior department leader. He also has experience in startup operations and building the HR function within fast-growing companies with a geographically dispersed employee group of up to 3,000 employees. Yost has a master’s degree from West Virginia University in industrial and labor relations and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Fairmont State University in West Virginia.
