The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) worked with U.S. Rep. Mimi Walters of California to develop important workplace flexibility legislation.
The Workflex in the 21st Century Act is a new approach that would provide employees a combination of expanded paid leave and flexible work options.
As Lisa Horn of SHRM notes, the bill would provide more paid time off for employees, more predictability for employers and more options for everyone. #workflexbill
