Alexandria, Va. – The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) has landed renowned diversity expert Howard Ross for a second year to speak on his latest research and new book during an interactive workshop at the SHRM 2011 Diversity and Inclusion Conference.

His new book, Reinventing Diversity: Transforming Organizational Community to Strengthen People, Purpose and Performance, will be featured during the interactive audience workshop focusing on awareness and solutions. Ross is founder and chief learning officer of Cook-Ross Inc., a corporate consulting firm based in Silver Spring, Maryland.
