ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) 2014 Talent Management Conference & Exposition will provide more than 1,000 HR professionals and recruiters with information on current topics in recruitment such as social media, legislation and employee engagement trends.
The conference’s 50+ sessions will cover timely issues such as the skills gap, EEOC regulations, remote workforces, Millennial workers and mobile recruiting.
Additionally, Bonnie Mason, employment manager at Nashville’s Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, will discuss the hotel’s recruiting strategy regarding hiring its hourly workforce at a 10:45 a.m. session on Tuesday, April 29.
