From minimizing employee turnover to the latest recruitment trends, the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM’s) 2016 Talent Management Conference & Exposition will cover a wide range of timely issues on attracting and retaining employees.

The importance of succession planning, minimizing unconscious bias in talent management, recruiting Generation Z and complying with federal laws that impact talent management are also among the
more than 50 concurrent session topics at the conference.

More than 1,000 recruiters and human resource professionals from across the country are expected to attend the conference, and nearly 80 companies will be featured as exhibitors.

During the conference, SHRM will release results from the 2016 Employee Job Satisfaction and Engagement Survey (see last year’s report). A press briefing about the survey will be held from 12:45-
