ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM’s)
2016 Talent Management Conference & Exposition will cover a wide range of timely issues on attracting and retaining an organization’s most valuable asset—its employees.
Among the more than 50 concurrent session topics include recruiting Generation Z, recruiting trends of 2016, the importance of succession planning, minimizing unconscious bias in talent management, cutting early turnover and complying with federal laws that impact talent management.
More than 1,000 recruiters and human resource professionals from across the country are expected to attend the conference, and nearly 80 companies will be featured as exhibitors.

2016 Employee Job Satisfaction and Engagement Survey during the conference.
