Employers Focused on People as Economy Starts to Improve
New book offers organizations human capital advice to make the most of current employees, measure results, and plan for their hiring futures.
Somerville, NJ – Hiring is on the rise, and employers are having difficulty finding job applicants with the right skills in many industries, according to a recent research from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). With the impending skills gap due to mass Baby Boomer retirements and an influx of military veterans needing jobs, employers are focused on human capital.
