HR Experts to Discuss Recruiting and Hiring Trends at SHRM 2015 Talent Management Conference & Exposition April 27-29 in San Diego

More than 1,200 HR professionals to attend conference sessions on social media recruiting, workplace flexibility and more

ALEXANDRIA, Va.From onboarding to succession planning, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) 2015 Talent Management Conference & Exposition will cover a wide range of timely issues on recruiting and hiring.

Best practices in social media and mobile recruiting, background checks, workplace flexibility, hiring in California, retaining top talent and engaging Millennials are among nearly 50 concurrent session topics at the conference.

More than 1,200 recruiters and human resource professionals from across the country are expected to attend the conference, making it the second largest SHRM Talent Management Conference & Exposition. Additionally, more than 40 companies will be featured as exhibitors.

During the conference, SHRM will release the 2015 Employee Job Satisfaction and Engagement Survey (see last year's report).
