Alexandria, Va. — SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management) is excited to announce that Jennifer McCollum, CEO of Linkage Inc., a premier leadership development firm whose mission is to "Change the Face of Leadership," has joined the SHRM Speakers Bureau.

For nearly 35 years, Linkage has worked with leaders and organizations globally to accelerate purposeful leaders, create inclusive cultures and advance female leaders. Linkage has been ranked a top 20 training company globally, providing assessments, training, coaching, consulting and conferences. In September 2022, Linkage was acquired by SHRM.

The SHRM Speakers Bureau has a deep roster of experts in HR and the workplace who deliver knowledge and strategies needed to support businesses and employees, furthering SHRM's mission of creating better workplaces for a better world.

McCollum is an acclaimed speaker, consultant, coach and author with two decades of experience leading and building businesses in the leadership development space. Her expertise includes how to close the gender equity gap, why the most effective leaders are inclusive leaders, and how to demystify inclusion for leaders and organizations. Her new book, In Her Own Voice: A Woman's Rise to CEO, will be released in October 2023.

McCollum is also a contributing author to Leadership in a Time of Crisis and The Freedom of Constraints, and she has been published in The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Chief Talent Development Officer, CEO Refresher and Real Leaders. She is a member of the Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches community.

Prior to joining Linkage, McCollum spent a decade growing businesses within Korn Ferry and Corporate Executive Board (CEB), now part of Gartner. At CEB, she led product management within the leadership division, driving innovative solutions that helped organizations select, develop and place leaders at all levels. She also ran CEB's Leadership Academies business, which developed more than 30,000 professionals in 2,100 companies across 50 countries.

"I am honored to be part of an organization that can amplify our message and mission around gender equity and inclusion," said McCollum. "The leadership landscape is changing rapidly, and the SHRM Speakers Bureau will help us bring the most relevant insights, strategies, and stories to drive action for change."

The SHRM Speakers Bureau is proud of its diverse slate of speakers, all of whom have experience in thought leadership. With this lineup, SHRM speaks to today's most pressing issues in the workplace and how to overcome challenges as they arise.
