They will learn practical skills for better understanding and communicating with customers, anticipating and responding to customer requests and concerns, and measuring customer service and satisfaction.

  • Becoming a Strategic Business Partner: Expanding Your Role to Deliver Results

This course introduces the role of the federal HR professional as a strategic partner and emphasizes the consulting skills and tools necessary to be effective in aligning HR efforts with the mission, vision, and direction of the agencies served.

  • Fundamentals of Workforce Planning

This tactical workforce planning course will prepare learners to align their current and future workforce with their organization’s strategic direction and goals. They will learn how to develop targeted human capital solutions based on data-driven analyses of their agency's strengths and weaknesses.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning for Senior Leaders

Participants will leave with a central understanding of strategic workforce planning components, what the common barriers to successful workforce planning are, and tangible resolution strategies to these barriers.
