New web tool allows HR professionals and employers to enhance diversity and inclusion programs and hiring

SAN DIEGO — The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) has joined with the DirectEmployers Association to introduce
SHRM Enterprise Solutions, a turnkey product that allows employers to showcase their commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring.
Targeted to employers with advanced affirmative action programs, the heart of SHRM Enterprise Solutions is one or more stand-alone websites performing as a primary tool for companies to publish, promote and engage with a culturally diverse audience.

The announcement was made by Perry at SHRM’s
Talent Management Conference & Exposition, a sold-out event being attended by more than 1,300 recruiters and HR professionals in San Diego.
