As others weigh in on what they'd like to see President-Elect Trump focus on during his first 100 days in office, Society for Human Resource Management members are adding their voices.

More than 850 HR professionals from across the U.S. were in Washington, D.C. recently for the 2016  SHRM Volunteer Leaders' Summit. We asked members what should be at the top of President-Elect Trump's 'to-do" list.

They answered: Re-evaluate parts of Obamacare; reduce regulations on small businesses, help us find skilled workers and more.

The video below, which includes soundbites from 11 SHRM members from New Hampshire to Colorado, may be embedded on your website or shared through links to your social media accounts.
