Overview
SHRM FedAssure, powered by DCI Consulting, is a federal civil rights compliance documentation platform for federal contractors that advances inclusion while protecting their enterprise. By providing a documented paper trail that proves contractors followed civil rights laws, we're transforming compliance risk into a defensible, evidence-based system of record.

In copy, first mention should refer to the product as "SHRM FedAssure, powered by DCI Consulting." Subsequent mentions can refer to the product as "FedAssure."
Product Logo
The FedAssure logo lockup represents the collaborative partnership between SHRM and DCI Consulting. Creative and marketing materials must use the lockup consisting of the SHRM Master Brand blocks and the FedAssure product logo indicating a co-branded initiative.
For other creative and design elements, please adhere to the SHRM Master Brand visual identity.
Logo usage guidelines:
The primary logo lockup consists of the SHRM blocks stacked above the FedAssure image in full color. All other lockup variations are for secondary use dependent on needs of the creative or channel.
FedAssure image and text must be in SHRM Dark Blue (#1B3C69) when using the primary colorway or black/white when using secondary colorways.
Logo files are presented and grouped in the correct configuration, but please note the below when reviewing for compliance.
SHRM blocks must include the registered trademark symbol and should not include the SHRM "Better Workplaces. Better World." tagline.
When referring to the FedAssure product, neither the SHRM blocks nor the FedAssure image should be used as separate elements.
Logo elements must be separated by a thin black line at 40% opacity.
Co-branding Tag
To signify the contribution of the partner, DCI Consulting, assets highlighting the FedAssure product should include the tag reading "Powered by DCI Consulting" in the bottom right corner of imagery and graphics.
The FedAssure logo lockup and the partner tag run independently from one another in order to increase their scale and improve legibility in smaller design formats.

If the material is text only, the visual tag does not need to be included. In copy, the product should be referred to as "SHRM FedAssure, powered by DCI Consulting" upon first mention. Subsequent mentions can refer to the product as "FedAssure."
