OVERVIEW
The HR-X framework defines HR’s vast responsibilities through four key dimensions, 16 core practice areas and more than 70 subpractice areas, offering a structured approach to evaluate and understand HR’s impact in driving organizational success. HR-X delivers clarity executives can use to justify investment, prioritize initiatives, and connect HR performance directly to financial and workforce outcomes.
